A Pug Named Fender

Neat Theme by Victor Coulon

This is my first crack at digitally inking APNF with Adobe Illustrator. Unlike Photoshop, AI creates smoother lines in a vector format that allows more versatility; however, I’m still not 100% convinced I should be inking my sketches in Illustrator because PS does give it that more “human element” in its line art.
I’m a sucka for these smooth lines, though.
I don’t know how I feel about it, so I’m going to sleep on the process and evaluate how I feel in the morning. Regardless of my decision, I am thankful that I discovered Dani Jones today - her tutorials on inking with Illustrator were a massive help and her blog is a platinum fountain of webcomic/artistry knowledge. I’m also following her on Twitter so I know it’s real.
Until next time.
